During an initial complimentary consultation we confirm the specific needs to be addressed whilst gaining a greater understanding of you - the client, your requirements, time frames and budget.

The second phase will be to deliver a written brief clarifying and defining the elements to be covered. This includes the necessity for any workshop materials which may be required to meet your objectives.

The programme is then delivered and evaluation measured against the elements as previously agreed.
